PROCESSING PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTED DATA

The interested party can book tests for the diagnosis of SARS COV2 by filling in the appropriate form in the dedicated section.
The purpose of the processing is the conclusion of contracts for the requested Services, the fulfilment of contractual, administrative and tax obligations to which the Data Controller is required, the exercise of the Data Controller's rights. Where data relating or indicative of the status of health of the user are processed the purpose of the treatment is the diagnosis, assistance or health therapy, or the management of health systems or services, the monitoring and evaluation of health services, the protection of a vital interest of the data subject or of another natural person.
The legal basis for the processing of data processed thorough this website is:

NATURE OF THE ASSIGNMENT and CONSEQUENCES.
Except for navigation data and technical cookies, the user is free to provide their personal data by using specific forms on the website to book a Service or to require information or other communications. The insertion of data on the website is therefore optional but failure to provide them will make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
The Data Controller processes personal data in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

The Data Controller may communicate data provided on the website relating to the state of health to the Health Authorities and in particular to the Prevention Service of the territorially competent Hygiene and Public Health Service, to the Regional Health Service, to the Health Authorities involved in the diagnostic/therapeutic process, to Judicial or public security authorities in the cases provided for by law, to external laboratories that perform services on behalf of the Data Controller, to insurance companies.
The data will not be disclosed to the public.
The data are protected and supervised by adopting suitable preventive security measures, in order to minimize the risks of loss and destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized treatment and any process against the aforesaid purposes.
The management and storage of personal data will take place in the territory of the European Union; the data will therefore not be transferred to non-European third countries.
As Data subject you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or the restriction of processing concerning the Data subject, or to object to processing, if it’s based on automated processing, as well as the right to data portability.
