Customers are invited to request the test in an informed way, inquiring through the attending physician or, in case of travel, obtaining information on the website of the airline and the country to be reached. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to correctly identify the type of pad to choose with the booking and its suitability according to the needs of the person for whom the booking is made.

Molecular SWABS SARS Cov-2:

It is performed on a sample taken with a nasal/oro-pharyngeal swab, and then analyzed through molecular methods of real-time RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction) for the amplification of the viral genes most expressed during the infection. The analysis can only be carried out in highly specialized laboratories, identified by the health authorities, and takes on average from 2 to 6 hours from the moment the sample is sent for processing in the laboratory;
The report is delivered the day following the execution of the test, by email or printed at the swab point.
The price of the RT-PCR Test is € 0,11.

SARS Cov-2 Antigen Rapid Test:

This type of test is based on the search, in respiratory samples, of viral proteins (antigens). The sample collection methods are completely similar to those of molecular tests (nasopharyngeal swab), the response times are very short (about 15 minutes), but the sensitivity and specificity of this test seem to be lower than those of the test molecular. This entails the possibility of false-negative results in the presence of low viral load (tC> 25), as well as the need to confirm the positive results using a molecular swab (faq Ministry of Health last verified 11/02/2021).

The rapid and molecular antigenic swabs booked jointly (for travelers) or performed jointly (rapid antigen positive and immediate molecular execution request) will have a total price of € 0,20.

Upon completion of the service reservation, the Customer will receive a confirmation email that must be kept and presented at the Covid point, the email will also contain personalized links to cancel and modify your reservation.

• Each customer can cancel a maximum of 2 reservations made in his name within 30 days
• A reservation can be canceled up to 48 hours before the reservation
• A booking can be changed up to 48 hours before booking and up to a maximum of 2 times

We also remind you that in case of air travel, it is necessary to enter the reference of the Passport and request the report in English.
